- Siakap Fish 2 slices
- Lemon Grass 1 pc
- Ginger ½ Inch
- Lime Juice 2 tbs
- Lemon Juice 2 tbs
- Red Onion 1-2 cloves
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Fish Sauce 1tbs
Place the fish on the plate (can put in the steamer)
Slice the Lemongrass, Ginger, Garlic and Shallots. Sprinkle it on the fish
Pour the lemon Juice, Lime Juice and Fish sauce on the fish
Steam the fish around 20 min
The steamed fish can be served with white rice or brown rice
